Heffa Cargo Systems produces in its factory in Timisoara, Romania a large variety of tie-down straps for transporting vehicles. Our 5-ton car tie-down straps are specifically manufactured for professional use for securing cars on flatbeds, trailers, and other transport vehicles.

Our 5-ton car tie-downs have the following key characteristics :

– TÜV Rheinland Certification
– manufactured according to VDI 2700 8.1 German standards
– ETA efficiency ≥ 0.5
– STF ratchet: 500 daN
– Manufactured according to 2024 TÜV SÜD specifications.

Our range of 5-ton car straps comprises :

• Over-the-wheel straps: These are designed to go over the top of the car’s tire for a secure hold.
• 3-point anchoring straps: These straps secure the vehicle at three different points.
• Straps with rubber sleeves or textile protection: These features provide extra grip and protect the vehicle’s paint and the strap itself from wear and tear.
• “KombiSystem” straps: A hybrid system with 2 options for anchoring wheels.

Durability and Validity: Heffa straps are robust and built to last! According to the EU regulation, they must be replaced no later than 24 months from the date of manufacture.
