Delivery of goods

• The prices of Goods and Services displayed on the HEFFA.eu website can be expressed in both RON and Euro, and are displayed both with and without VAT, both on each product page and in the shopping cart.
• For orders delivered within Romania, shipping is free if the total order value exceeds 799 lei (VAT included).
  If the order value is less than 799 lei, the shipping cost will be automatically displayed in the shopping cart, before completing the order.
• The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods via door-to-door courier to the Buyer or to HEFFA.eu showrooms , according to the Customer’s option.
• The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of accompanying documents.
• The Seller will deliver the Goods and Services only on the territory of Romania.
• Delivery is via approved Express Courier, and delivery time is 1-3 business days. Processing of orders received via the website may take up to 2 business days.
