Textile lifting slings, also known as webbing slings or round slings, are made from special, wear-resistant PES polyester.

These slings are used to lift or tow various objects/goods of different weights, typically ranging from 1 Ton to 12 Tons as standard. Upon request, we can also produce lifting slings with higher capacities and in various lengths (e.g., 15-20-30 Tons).

There are two models of lifting slings:

1. Endless Round Slings (continuous)
2. and Eye-and-Eye Slings (or with loops/ears, as they are also called).

• The easiest and quickest way to identify the maximum working load of lifting slings is by the color of the textile (e.g., purple = 1 Ton, green = 2 Tons, yellow = 3 Tons, etc.).
• Longitudinal lines also indicate the maximum working load (2 lines = 2 Tons, 3 lines = 3 Tons, etc.).
• There are models of textile slings with two eyes/loops, as well as continuous tubular textile lifting slings. Both can be used in multiple ways, depending on needs.
• The load resistance of the sling is determined by the number of textile layers bonded together. They can be manufactured from 1 to 3 layers, as is usual, or even 4 layers depending on needs.
• We can offer slings with capacities up to 100 Tons for sale.
• The total length of textile slings can be up to approximately 50 meters long.
