Heffa Romania produces ratchet tie-down straps, also known as cargo straps used for anchoring goods inside vans / trucks

Ratchet tie-down straps are useful for transporters of heavy / medium goods, or even small goods, using means such as trucks, vans, trailers, or containers. Our straps are equipped with ergonomic and robust double finger hooks with a special anti-corrosive treatment.

Heffa ratchet straps are manufactured in our own factory in Timișoara, Romania and have superior quality certification issued by TÜV & GS Germany.

HEFFA ratchet tie-down straps are available with a 35 mm wide webbing or a 50 mm wide webbing, or as they are more commonly known: 3 Ton capacity cargo straps or 5 Ton capacity cargo straps.

Ratchet lashing straps consist of a long part (the webbing) and a short part made up of the handle (ratchet) and a smaller piece of webbing. The handle for cargo lashing straps can be an ERGO handle or a standard (classic) handle. The ERGO handle is more robust, more resistant, and more ergonomic. The STF (Standard Tension Force) is 500 daN, while for the standard handle, the STF is 300 daN.

HEFFA Ratchet Tie-Down Straps have a validity of 24 moths

All ratchet straps are manufactured in the current month, ensuring the final product reaches you with its full validity period, namely 24 months. All straps include product labels with information about the strap, how to use it, how to maintain it, and its validity (service life). It’s important to periodically check the general condition of the straps by inspecting the webbing and the ratchet.

Note : Heffa Ratchet Tie-Down Straps are NOT to be used as straps / slings for towing vehicles or for lifting weights. There is a real danger of breaking, cutting and damaging that can lead to accidents.
